Policies & Guidelines

1. Minimum Class Enrollment

• All group classes require a minimum of 4 registered students.

• If the minimum is not met, classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Instructor changes or class cancellations may occur due to studio operational circumstances.

2. Monthly Unlimited Pass ($159 + credit card processing fee)

• The Unlimited Pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Provides unlimited access to all open classes during the valid period.

• No extensions or rollovers

• Non-refundable and non-adjustable for any reason (including travel, illness, etc.)

• No partial refunds or extensions due to class cancellations or schedule changes

3. Class Pass Policies

📌 General

• All classes are reservation-based

• All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable

🎫 Single Class ($25 + credit card fee)

• Valid for one class on the selected date

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class

🎫 5 Class Pass ($100 + credit card fee)

• Valid for 60 days

• Unused classes will expire after the validity period

• No refunds or extensions

🎫 10 Class Pass ($170 + credit card fee)

• Valid for 60 days

• Unused classes will expire after the validity period

• No refunds or extensions

4. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• All classes require advance booking

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to class

• Late cancellations or no-shows:

  • Single / Class Pass: class will be deducted

  • Unlimited Pass: may result in usage restrictions

5. Additional Policies

• All memberships and passes are for individual use only

• Duplicate bookings or excessive reservations may be restricted

• Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges

• Late arrivals may not be admitted to class

• Class schedules and instructors are subject to change

• Unlimited monthly memberships are auto-renewed. ArtLab J is not responsible for canceling your membership before the next account withdrawal.

• To cancel your contract, visit the mindbody home page and navigate to your profile. Click passes, then manage or cancel contracts. From there follow the instructions to end your monthly auto-renewal.
